Resources and tools to help you face fear with courage and move toward what matters most
Bravery is not the absence of fear. It's understanding the fear and doing it anyway. To build informed confidence, we need to get over the "fear hump" through two strategic approaches:

Remind yourself of the positive outcomes and the better future you're working to create.
Consider the cost of inaction—what happens if you don't face this fear?
Define what could go wrong and create contingency plans to reduce uncertainty.
How likely is the worst case to actually happen? Often lower than we imagine.
"Courage is not the absence of fear, but rather the assessment that something else is more important than fear."
"Vulnerability is not winning or losing; it's having the courage to show up and be seen when we have no control over the outcome."
"We suffer more often in imagination than in reality."
